You asked and we delivered! Our base shorts were created with the runners (or walker) in mind. We designed these shorts with 2 practical side pockets and a high waistband for extra support. The Poly/Spandex fabric combination is extremely light weight and with minimal restrictions.

• Run slightly small. If you're in between sizes, we suggested going up a size.
